About CallWave

We came from the phones.

Years in UK telesales, buying calling data badly. So we built the file we always wanted to be handed.

What we do differently

Built by the people who dial.

Four choices, all of them from years of being handed bad files.

Collected after you order

There is no big database here to sell a slice of. Collection starts from your order, so the file matches the job.

The TPS and CTPS screening date, printed

Sixteen UK suppliers were read before this was built, and not one publishes it. Ours goes on the front of every file.

Deleted at thirty days

Supplied or not, and the deletion is logged. It does not sit in a database for years.

Our name on every file

We do not supply under anybody else’s label. Every file carries a route for any business that wants to be left alone, and a route only works when the business can be told who to contact.

Questions

Fair questions.

Who is behind CallWave?

CallWave is the trading name of Richard Regan, a sole trader registered with the Information Commissioner’s Office under ZC089683. That is a public entry, and you can look it up on the ICO’s own website.

Where is the data held?

In the United Kingdom, on our own systems.

Why trust a small supplier?

Do not trust: check. The TPS and CTPS screening date prints on every file, the privacy notice is published in full, and the records behind both are produced on request.

Do you supply under other labels?

No. Our name goes on every file, and every file carries a removal route that names who to contact.

Talk to a person.

No ticket queue and no first-line script. Most enquiries answered the same day in working hours.
