At CallWave, we provide bespoke, UK-based cold calling, appointment booking, and lead generation services. Due to the custom and consultative nature of our campaigns, we do not offer refunds once work has commenced.
Deposits and Project Cancellations

A deposit may be required to secure your campaign slot.

Deposits are non-refundable unless otherwise agreed in writing before the campaign start date.

If you choose to cancel before work begins, a partial refund may be considered at our discretion depending on time allocated and preparations made.
Once Work Has Begun
After service delivery has started (e.g., script development, data sourcing, outbound calls, or reporting), all payments are final. This reflects the time-based and professional nature of our work.

European Union – 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
If you are a customer located in the EU and engage our services digitally (e.g., one-off campaigns or strategy calls), you may have the right to cancel your order within 14 days from the date of contract — but only before work has commenced.
Once service delivery begins, this right no longer applies under EU consumer regulations for digital and custom services.
Physical Products or Goods
We do not sell physical goods, merchandise, or downloadable products via this website. Therefore, traditional return processes (e.g., return labels, exchanges, resale conditions) do not apply.
Refunds for Technical Errors
