Section 4 – Results & Guarantees
While we commit to providing professional, high-quality outreach and appointment booking services, we do not guarantee specific sales outcomes, meetings, or client conversions. Results depend on many external factors beyond our control.
Section 5 – Payments and Refunds
Payment terms will be agreed in writing before any service begins. Deposits may be required to secure service slots. Due to the time-based and consultative nature of our campaigns, we do not offer refunds once work has commenced.

Section 6 – Intellectual Property
All deliverables, including scripts, campaign data, and reporting documents, remain the intellectual property of CallWave until full payment is received. After full payment, you may use the work as agreed in the campaign scope.
Section 7 – Confidentiality
All client information, data, and campaign materials are treated as confidential. NDAs can be provided upon request. Sector or client exclusivity may also be offered where agreed in writing.
Section 8 – Third-Party Tools
Our site and services may involve third-party tools (e.g., WhatsApp, CRMs, VOIP systems). We are not responsible for how these third parties operate or handle data. Please review their terms and privacy policies before use.
Section 9 – Limitation of Liability
